– Medical treatment expenses inside hospitals and outpatient clinics.

– Treatment for personal accidents that occur to the insured during the insurance coverage period.

– External prosthetics and implants resulting from an accident during the insurance coverage period.

– Organ transplant surgeries, excluding the cost of the organ itself and the donor’s medical tests, after 12 months from the policy start date.

– Open-heart surgeries, stents, valves, and catheterization.

– This program covers major surgeries.

– Cancer treatment coverage.

– This program covers dental treatment expenses from the first day of insurance coverage.

– This program covers prescription glasses.

– This program covers pregnancy and childbirth after 10 months from the policy start date.

The policy can be obtained through the bank insurance service branches of the partners of Misr Life Insurance Company:

(National Bank of Egypt – Agricultural Bank of Egypt – Housing and Development Bank – Egyptian Gulf Bank – MIDBANK – SAIB BANK).

The policy can also be obtained through the branches of E& Egypt (Etisalat formerly) and the branches of the Egypt post office.

Policy Terms and Conditions

  1. Ibn Sina Health Insurance Policy for Egyptians and Foreigners Residing within the Arab Republic of Egypt Only
  2. The policyholder’s age must be between 21 and 64 years old.
  3. The insured person’s age must be between 15 days and 64 years old.
  4. The policy duration is one year and renews automatically.
  5. The renewal is automatic, and an SMS is sent to the client 30 days before the policy expires, showing the new premium amount. The client is required to pay the premium within those 30 days. If payment is not made, the policy will be canceled, and the client will need to purchase a new policy if they wish to continue.
